I browse Bumble (dating app) occasionally to see if I can find a match. Recently, I matched with a fine, caramel-skinned man who looks like he can hoop, and though his profile info wasn't as detailed as I'd like it to be, I had enough info to cover the basics and give him a shot. He came off strong, so I returned the energy, and somehow, we clicked (so I thought). When I told him I'm a writer, he was surprised, but when I told him I like to read as a hobby, he was completely baffled and presumably tickled pink, as he sent me crying-laughing emojis and exclaimed, "that's crazy that you really love that shit!" You know what...I'll see myself out.
